John 14:6, "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."
As Christian youth, you are the future of the church. Peer pressure plays a big part in your lives to do things that do not please God. Resisting these unpleasing things, makes you not only a better person, but a follower of Christ. Stop and think about your relationship with your "BFF". You laugh together, cry together, and have a freindship that will last a lifetime. That is the same relationship Jesus want to have with you. He will always be there when you are happy, when you are sad and you can always turn to Him no matter what. Just as you text or IM your friends, prayer is your way of talking to God. You don't need a computer or cell phone to talk to Him. What you say to Him is between you and Him. Noone will ever know. Imagine having a friend that you can tell your most private secrets and never having to worry about them getting told to anyone. If you do not know Jesus as your BFF. It is simple to do. Just ask Him for fogiveness of your sins. (We are all born sinners. That is why Jesus died on the cross to take away our sins.) Ask Him into your heart. He will always be ther for you, and love you no matter what.
